  • Classes B and C (56 to 85): Minor to moderate deterioration (preventive maintenance).
  • Classes D and E (0 to 55): Poor to critical condition (rehabilitation or replacement).
  • Class X: Imminent danger. Triggers an immediate emergency intervention for user safety, regardless of the overall score.
