- Patates Dolbec Sector
Groupe Dolbec has used the Maintenance Directe CMMS since 2016, first to simplify maintenance management at the Patates Dolbec packing plant and for its rolling equipment. Ten years later, the same platform supports more than 2,000 assets and more than 80 users across three entities: Patates Dolbec, Cultures H. Dolbec and, since January 7, 2026, the Ubald distillery. Cloud-based and easy to use, the solution replaced a complex CMMS and frees the internal team from managing software updates.
Centralizing inventory and work orders gives real-time access to parts, which reduces production stoppages caused by missing parts and speeds up repairs. The results are measurable: more than 80% of 2026 work orders are preventive, and the preventive share at Cultures H. Dolbec rose from 22% in 2025 to 52% in 2026.
