No. This is a fundamental point of our AI architecture.
For natural language queries: only the text of your request is sent to OpenAI. The structured query (SQL) is then executed locally on your own data, which remains within your environment. No client operational data is sent to OpenAI.
For image analysis: the image is transmitted via our private OpenAI API for analysis, then the result is returned to your application. The image is not stored in OpenAI's public systems.
For voice transcription: the audio stream is transmitted securely and is not retained or used to train public models.
We use a private OpenAI API (separate and isolated from the general public) — not ChatGPT or public interfaces.
Yes. You can upload a technical manual and our AI automatically extracts all relevant maintenance information: maintenance operations, task sequences, alert thresholds, and recommended frequencies.
A reference mechanism to the exact page of the original manual is built in, ensuring complete traceability and allowing human supervision before any extracted data is integrated.
The manual is deleted from the OpenAI environment once processing is complete — it exists with OpenAI only during analysis.
Human validation is always required before integrating extracted data — AI is an accelerator, not a replacement for professional judgment.
All AI features in Maintenance Directe are optional add-on modules.
The core CMMS — work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, reports, history — operates entirely independently, with no connection to OpenAI.
An AI service interruption does not affect your daily maintenance operations. Only advanced assistance functions (image analysis, voice transcription, NL queries) would be temporarily unavailable.

This data is not retained or reused by OpenAI for public model training.
